Mia & Chad | Fremantle Wedding Photographer

Well, here is the highlight reel to my sister’s wedding. I was a bit unsure about being the photographer, knowing how it’s a bit harder to enjoy the special moments when viewing from behind a lens, especially as it’s the first wedding for our family. Thankfully I had the wonderful Zaneta with me all day and forcing me to put the camera down to enjoy some special moments with my sister & loved ones and to get my groove on the d-floor. Seeing my Dad walk Mia down the aisle nearly knocked my ability to take photos, it’s been something I’ve been looking forward to seeing for a long time and I know how much it meant to my Dad. Looking through the photos, I love every single one of them and I have begun to realise what my clients feel when they get their wedding galleries in the mail.. Instead of judging the photos by my technique and timing, I’m seeing beautiful moments between people that I love so much and that’s so much more important than how popular my photo might be on Instagram. It’s definitely given me way more perspective on the importance of my job and how blessed I am to be able to bare witness to other families special, most intimate moments. Congratulations Mia & Chad and thanks so much for putting on such an epic dance floor to celebrate your love! Xx
